This list will be periodically updated for new destinations. Nevertheless, if your country is not in the list, do not hesitate to contact us and we'll do our best to satisfy your request.
DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery times depend on the delivery country and specified during the order process.
Please beware that you should count 10 to 14 days for the production of your print (and framing if you selected this option). As soon as the order is dispatched, you will receive a mail from our side with the tracking number, so you can follow it and be present when the parcel will arrive to you! In the event of absence, it will be your duty to reschedule the delivery with the courier service.
If it happens that initial delivery times cannot be met, a new delivery time will then be communicated to you. In this case, an option for the cancellation of the order, with a refund or a credit, will be also proposed.

DAMAGED ITEMS
Should you receive a damaged item, please notify us immediately by writing an email to welcome@nikidesuerte.com. Attach a photo of the damage if possible. We will then revert to you to rectify the situation. Kindly note that this includes damage by production or delivery only.

- Europe: ColiPoste (3 to 6 days after the dispatching date)
- Rest of the World: UPS (delivery depends on the country)
